Mahan Wagyu is a 100% Fullblood Japanese Wagyu Ranch in Silverton, Texas on the brim of Palo Duro Canyon.

Our Wagyu Beef is dry aged for 14 to 21 days. 100% Black Wagyu is already beyond delicious and dry aging just makes it a little better!
Filets are cut 2”, strips 1 ½” and rib steaks 1”. Every item is then vacuum sealed in food grade plastic.
This provides a longer storage life in your freezer and significantly improves product quality.
Our Fullblood Wagyu cattle are all DNA certified, registered with the American Wagyu Association (AWA) and produced from embryo or artificial insemination from genetics of Japanese Wagyu cattle first imported to the U.S.A. in 1993.

Mahan Wagyu, Inc. is owned and operated by Weldon and Jennifer Mahan. Weldon Mahan is a fifth generation Texan and has a long family heritage of Mahan livestock ranches in the Central Texas area. Mahan Wagyu cattle are produced on a 2,500 acre Mahan Land & Cattle, Inc. Ranch near Silverton, TX and the Palo Duro Canyon.
